We are excited to invite you to an evening of networking, knowledge-sharing, and celebration at Metacore's headquarters!

This is an opportunity for you to meet your fellow Green Game Jam peers, cheer each other on and get excited for next year.

We’ll kick off the event with two industry talks, followed by the announcement of the inaugural Playing for the Planet Awards. Join us for an evening of informal drinks, bites and and casual mingling.

We do not expect attendees to travel specifically for this event. Helsinki is currently where the majority of our participants are based, and will play home to Slush and Roviocon at the time of the awards.

For those who are unable to travel, we will stream the announcement of the awards live. Please note that the link for this will open at 6:30pm. You will be contacted separately with this link ahead of time.

6:45 PM – Awards Ceremony: Presentation of the Playing for the Planet Awards

Accessibility

There will be a staff member available in the lobby to assist with access and directions to the 7th floor venue. The 7th floor is accessible by both the stairs and an elevator.
All bathrooms on the 7th floor venue are gender-neutral. A wheelchair-accessible bathroom is available on the ground floor.
The 7th floor venue has standard office lighting, and there is a possibility to use a quiet space if needed.
The event will be photographed and the materials may be shared across social media after the event. If you wish to not be photographed, please let us know beforehand!
We will offer both vegan and vegetarian food, and will do our best to accommodate all dietary restrictions. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available.
