Space to Share:

Join Eat for the Earth for an open and engaging discussion about plant-based nutrition. Guided by a long-time vegan with an academic background and professional experience in health, behavior, and sustainable lifestyle practices, this session offers space to share experiences, ask questions, and explore common concerns — without judgment or pressure. We'll enjoy a collaborative food demo where everyone can participate in preparing and enjoying a simple, nourishing plant-based dish. Everyone is welcome — whether you're curious, transitioning, or already plant-based!

Join Eat for the Earth for a thoughtful discussion and a delicious, healthy light meal!
