Your main instructor is NAR faculty for the Certified International Property Specialist Institute, Tamara Larisa Tyrbouslu (she teaches pre-, post, and continuing education including Feng Shui). Additional experts as available in specific fields such as lending, law, 1031 exchange, home warranty, inspections, etc. will present on their areas of expertise.

***Packages are good for one year. If you miss any module, you can take it at a later date within a 12 month period from purchasing your package. The full Institute is taught quarterly at various times of day. If you wish to retake any of the modules as a refresher, you can also do that within the 12 month period.

REFUND POLICY: Refunds will be issued with a 24 hour notice of cancellation in writing before the first day of class. Within 24 hours a credit to GPS classes will be given. NO REFUNDS will be issued once class has begun.
