About this Event

On April 13th: Tie it all together with the last of the workshops in this three-part series features the planning, preparation and execution of hors d'oeurvres for your next event. Jessica Backus-Foster, Associate Professor of Culinary Arts at SUNY Delhi and Brianne Slocum, Assistant Professor of Culinary Arts at SUNY Delhi, will walk you through how to wow your guests with these simple yet delicious foods that will leave a lasting impression on your guests. You'll have the opportunity to work along side fellow enthusiasts as we prepare and taste a sampling of small bites.

A collaborative partnership with SUNY Delhi, Delaware County FoodWorks+ and AgriForaging Food Safety.
