What do I need to bring?

Bring workout mat, medium to small weights, water and any donation amount you would like to contribute to animal rescue.

What level of fitness is this class and what will the workout look like?

Bootcamp will consist of core strengthening exercise, cardio, and strength work with optional weights- all fitness levels welcome and workout at your own pace. The main goal is to move, have fun and sweat for a cause!

Are washrooms available on site?

Yes, public washrooms are available next to boathouse restaurant
