His voice to the world is an infectious aesthetic. He is a master artist who expresses his voice through both fashion, and hair styling. Originally from Hawaii, Ricky has spent most of his life in Austin, Texas, where he still cuts and styles.

Ricky has always followed his own distinct path. He boasts nearly two decades of experience in the hair industry. Being a fierce champion of individuality, Ricky utilizes a scissor-over-comb style of cutting. It emphasizes the hair’s natural growth pattern, and allows each client to confidently display themselves as they are. Whether he’s cutting by appointment for Jeremy Piven or The Band Perry’s Kimberley Perry, or simply for walk-ins, Ricky helps each client demonstrate their own voice.

When not in the salon, Ricky is a fashion icon and influencer. However, he didn’t always maintain peak confidence. After spending years closeted to his conservative family, he reached a point where he needed to be his full self. His innate sense of style, and his eclectic tattoos helped him to express his inner voice. Ricky specializes in pairing aggressive colors and styles with unique jewelry, and other accessories. His trademark handlebar mustache is almost always paired with a smile. No matter what Ricky’s wearing, or where he’s styling, he will always be true to his voice.

Megan Diez, stylist, salon owner, educator, founder of Canvas Extensions and Casa Meka. Megan has been behind the chair for over 20 years, and continue to be inspired every day in this beautiful industry. From creating all shades of blondes being her true passion—"I live for creating dimensional tones with soft, lived-in finishes and custom-colored extensions that blend like a dream."

As an owner of 3 three successful salons and now split her time between clients, running her hair brand, and educating stylists in person and online. Megan delivers on-site education inside her salon, travel to other salons and events, and teach virtually through her platform. "Wherever I’m teaching, my focus is the same: time-saving skills that deliver premium results and protect the health of the hair".

I teach stylists how to elevate their services, charge their worth, attract dream clients, and grow without burning out.
