Nancy coaches at the Harvard Business School, working with budding entrepreneurs and their professors, and coaches individuals worldwide. She also runs coaching groups for women over 50.

Before coaching, Nancy spent over 35 years as a network documentary producer, with work featured on HBO, PBS, NBC, CBS, and CNN. She produced more than 50 pieces for the Council on Foreign Relations, shown in over 100 countries. Nancy continues to conduct interviews for Life Stories, a YouTube channel created by the Kunhardt family. Interviewing is her superpower—whether for films or coaching—and she welcomes anyone into her practice with whom she feels an authentic connection.
