A symposium on navigating the transition from college to the work place for persons with dyslexia. Dyslexia is not something that goes away post academia. It is a lifelong profile that one must continually navigate. The transition from post secondary education to the workforce can be daunting and extremely challenging without proper guidance and support. It is important that our students, despite their struggles know that they are not destined to a life of underemployment and obscurity. This population offers some of the best and the brightest in the world with the ability to develop into greatness.
