Join us for a series of panels and presentations designed to help you better understand what it’s like to work and interact with robots in the workplace. Hear from a variety of employees in the region who work with autonomous vehicles, advanced manufacturing, inspection robots and more!

Robotics Factory Showcase

Live on the event Main Stage, be among the first to witness presentations from the robotics startups in the 2025 Robotics Factory Accelerate Program cohort as they pitch from the main stage.

Robotics & Tech Happy Hour

4pm - 6pm There will be a fun and casual Robo & Tech Happy Hour tailored to technology and business professionals to build meaningful connections and get more engaged with the robotics, automation and tech ecosystem. Attendees will enjoy a cocktail style reception to build fantastic connections and conversations with others in our region's robotics community (food and beverages available onsite for purchase). We'll also be celebrating the accomplishments of founding members of the robotics community. You do not want to miss this exciting part of the event!

EVENT VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Take advantage of this opportunity to directly engage with robotics and manufacturing companies, network with our region’s robotics leaders, and help our attendees enjoy the event throughout the day. Volunteer shifts are available on both November 4th & 5th. You must be 18 years or older to volunteer. Sign up to volunteer here.
