Pitch Into the New Year: A Community Pitch Night

Join us for Pitch Into the New Year, an afternoon celebrating the brilliance, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit of Black women founders across Eastern North Carolina.

On January 3, 2026, five finalists will step onto the community stage to share 3-minute pitches about their businesses, their stories, and the seed funding that would help bring their next step to life. Each pitch will be followed by a brief Q&A with our judge panel.

This is more than an event: it’s a moment to gather, listen, uplift, and invest in the ideas blooming right here at home.

Hear five local Black women entrepreneurs pitch their business ideas, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

Crowd Favorite Award
YOU get to participate! BRING CASH! Attendees can contribute to the Crowd Favorite Pot at the door, and the audience will vote for the winner. All collected funds go directly to one entrepreneur that night.
