Get ready for a dynamic, full-body Pilates-inspired workout designed to challenge and energise you. Expect low-impact movements paired with bursts of high-intensity cardio—perfect for building strength, boosting mobility, and burning major calories.
We’ll kick things off with a fun icebreaker, followed by a session that’s all about moving, connecting, and feeling amazing.
