Pilates with Miriam – Every Wednesday at 6 PM in Moabit
My focus in our shared Pilates practice is entirely on building muscular stability, increasing flexibility, and creating a sense of lightness you can carry into your everyday life. I place great importance on proper technique and the functional effectiveness of each exercise.
You’ll learn how to develop a better sense of body awareness and build your inner strength through conscious breathing and controlled movement. In Moabit, we’re a small group of no more than 12 participants each time. This allows me to give personal attention to everyone and offer plenty of individual guidance throughout your Pilates journey.
Whether you want to strengthen your body, improve your mobility, or simply enjoy a mindful break from everyday stress — you’re in the right place with me! 💪✨

Whether you're new to Pilates or more experienced — all levels are welcome! Mats and equipment are provided; all you need to bring is some water and comfortable clothing.
