This event is for people who WORK at Wellington Place only. Therefore please register with your work email so we can cross check you in our directory.

Join Leah every Wednesday lunch time or evening as we crunch and stretch our way to a healthier body.

If you have any injuries, are pregnant, or are in the postpartum period, please inform the instructor before the class so necessary adjustments can be made. We recommend wearing comfortable workout attire for the session.

Please note, due to high demand if you arrive to the session later that 13:25pm your space may be given to someone else.

This event will take place in Wellington Central which has showers and lockers, as well as step free access and accessible toilets. Cold drinks and tea & coffee making facilities are available however please note there are no lowered counter tops so if you require assistance please speak to a member of our events team who can help you.
