A yoga mat, water and comfortable clothing to move and lay down in. We will end with journaling, either bring something to write in or use the notes on your phone.

What will the event be like?

This event will be about connecting back to yourself and being present in your body. We start with mindful movement that will lead you into an immersive sound healing experience.

The class will start at 10am, first with a 30 minute low impact mindful movement Pilates flow which will lead us into a 20 minute Sound Healing journey with the Crystal Alchamy bowls. Finally ending with journal prompts to help keep you present during the holiday season.
