This social blends sport-style Pilates with feel-good movement to help you recharge your body, clear your mind, and connect!

🔵 All-Levels Pilates with a Sporty Twist

We’ll move through dynamic, athletic-inspired Pilates sequences designed to wake up your body, strengthen your core, boost mobility for energizing movements, and leave you feeling balanced and ready for the weekend!


Expect: A music-filled flow, visual cueing and demos, and movement that feels strong, smooth, and totally doable at any level.


🪅 A Cozy Social For a Chill Friday Night

After class, your instructor will provide a cozy social, whether it's at a favorite local spot, AM's cozy café, a fun drink at a bar, or a neighborhood gem.


It’s free to tag along and totally optional, always.


Fly solo or show up with your +1s/+2s, this class makes it easy to connect, move, and hang out after!
