Pilates Reformer Instructor Training Certification BASICS 101 - Part 1

About this Event
This is a 4-hour Pilates Reformer workshop teaches the basics of Pilates Reformer exercises so that student will be able to use a Pilates Reformer for their own personal use and workouts. Students will review basic physiology, kinesiology of movement and Pilates methods for developing strength and control of movement.
Participants will learn:
- Foundational Pilates movement and philosophy
- Exercises to create a total body training regimen
- How to create a 45-minute group Reformer class

Students will need 50 supervised hours of Pilates Reformer time to move to part 2 of Certification to be ready to teach Pilates Reformer classes. This certification was developed by Andrea Metcalf.
