Pilates & Prost Summer Series: A Mat Pilates Class w/The Body Refinery Studio + After Class Beverage @Prost Brewing Co.
Come join us for a fun and energizing Pilates class including a refreashing after class beverage, and complimentary massage from Healing Hands Massage, at Prost Brewing Company! This in-person event is the perfect way to unwind and socialize while getting a great workout in. Whether you're a Pilates pro or a beginner, this class is suitable for all levels. Details: Items to bring are a mat and we suggest a water bottle, sun protection and to dress in athletic stretch clothing you are able fully move in. This is an outside event, so you will likely sweat, and complimentary sweat towels will be availiable. Arrive at 9:45am to secure your spot on the back lawn (artificial turf) and class begins promptly at 10:00am. Class is 50 minutes and afterwards you will receive a drink ticket to enjoy a beverage ($10 maximum & non-alcohol items available) with your fellow attendees! Drink ticket must be used day of event.
