I’ve never done Pilates before Do I need to bring anything?

Thats exciting to hear! Pilates is a full body workout no equipment is required. Wherever you go bring a water and a towel to wipe off that sweat ? is all you’ll ever need. Of course this venue will provide the drinks!

I’m over 40 can I still come?

Definitely! The brilliant man who came up with Pilates was over 30 years old and his first Pilates Studios was when he was 76! There is no age limit! Which makes it accessible to everyone and you gotta love that!

I’m not flexible can I still come?

Yes of course!One of the great things about Pilates is that it is accessible to individuals of all fitness levels, including those who may not be very flexible.Pilates focuses on strengthening the core, improving posture, increasing body awareness,& enhancing strength & flexibility overall.So Come!
