Not at all! This class is beginner-friendly and open to all levels.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and get set up before class begins.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there’s free parking available near the event space.

Will there be refreshments after class?

Yes! MatchaLUV will be serving seasonal matcha creations, and you’ll have a chance to mingle after class.

How long is the class?

The mat Pilates class will be around 40 minutes, followed by drinks and social time.

Will there be prizes or giveaways?

Yes! We’ll have a raffle table with fun prizes from BODYBAR Pilates and local partners.

Get ready for a spooktacular sweat sesh with BODYBAR Pilates and MatchaLUV! Join us for a Halloween-inspired Pilates & Potions Pop-Up Mat Class, where movement meets magic. Flow through a full-body Pilates class, then sip on seasonal matcha “potions” crafted by MatchaLUV.

We’ll also have a raffle table with fun prizes — and possibly a few surprise vendors joining the mix! Costumes are optional, but festive fall or Halloween colors are highly encouraged.
