Do I need to bring my own mat?

Yes! Please make sure to bring your own yoga mat.

How many pop-bys are we making?

We are making 1 together. We will provide the supplies as well as a take-home supply flyer with links to each item. We will also provide a link to the print-ready pop-by card design file so you can print and use on your own.

If I have never taken Pilates, will I be able to do the class?

Yes! This pilates class is equipment-free, beginner-friendly, and low-impact. It is for all levels! Form tips and modifications will be given.

What if there's bad weather?

We will still have the event, it will just be moved to Stewart Title - McKinney.
