Attendees can park in the lot attached to Mission Ready Nutrition or our neighboring businesses.

What to bring?

Come as you are, but bring a mat! We will try our best to have extra mats on-site for your use but cannot guarantee enough for the full class. We also recommend bringing a waterbottle to stay hydrated.

Is this event free?

YES! There is NO catch. Mission Ready Nutrition hosts free monthly pop-up fitness events to make fitness accessible to our community. Come ready to sweat and connect with your neighbors!

Question 4

How early can I arrive?

This pop-up will start at 7 PM as our store closes. Attendees are more than welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes early to check in, find your spot, and shop around (no pressure).

Do I need to sign a waiver?
