Join us for a one-of-a-kind Pilates & Paint experience at The Art Den — where mindful movement meets creative expression in a cozy, whimsical setting.

We’ll begin with a 30-minute mat Pilates flow led by Tina Wieland, designed to help you feel strong, grounded, and energized without feeling sweaty, painful, or intimidating. Expect a low-to-moderate intensity class that’s accessible to all levels, with mini bands used to gently challenge and support your body.

After movement, we’ll shift into your guided painting session, led by Kelsey of The Art Den — an artsy, cozy, and creative soul who will walk you through a Full Moon in the Forest painting filled with stars, magic, and imagination. 🌲✨
No art experience needed — just curiosity and a willingness to play.

This event is perfect for:

🧘‍♀️ Movement: 30-minute Mat Pilates (mini bands provided)
🎨 Painting: 60–90 minutes, all art supplies included
🔞 This is an 18+ event.

Please bring:

• A yoga mat (a limited number of extra mats will be available — first come, first served)
• Water

This is a small-group event limited to 12 participants to keep the experience cozy and personal.
