Kick off American Heart Month with a donation-based mat Pilates class in support of cardiac care at AdventHealth Wesley Chapel. Join us for Pilates on the Green at PopStroke—an outdoor mat class designed for all levels, led by our Lead Instructor Marlana. Move, breathe, and strengthen your body while giving back to an important cause.
