Do I need to bring anything?

Yes! Please bring your own yoga mat (and a water or towel if you'd like).

Comfortable workout clothes you can move easily in - think leggings, shorts, or anything you’d normally wear for light exercise.

Do I need Pilates experience?

Not at all! This class is beginner-friendly and great for all levels.

Will this be outside?

Yes, this is an outdoor event! We are planning to be on the grass and in the event of rain, we will host the class under the pavilion.
