Mat Pilates class on the grass led by Tessa with Slow Burn Pilates. Bring your own mat to flow! Limited spare mats will be available.

Pilates in the park is a mat pilates session led by Tessa, owner of Slow Burn Pilates. This class is open to all fitness + experience levels, and we love meeting new faces! Please arrive 5-10minutes early to park, say hi, and get set up.

You will find us set up under the large tree near the volleyball courts/ in the middle of the park. An A-frame Slow Burn sign will be out and music will be playing!

Clark Park has 3 parking lots & ample street parking around the perimeter. We will be in the middle of the park-slightly easier walk from the dog park/ baseball field parking lot.

Bring your own mat if possible. As well as water, hat/sunnies, bug repellent and any cooling elements you may need if you think it's a little warm for your comfort. You will have the option to be set up in the sun or the shade!
Limited extra mats will be available to borrow, as well as sunscreen & bug repellent!

Custom stickers will be available! As well as fun freebies.
