Pilates in the Park

We will be hitting the mat at 5PM on Tuesdays for a 45-minute pilates class. This full-body class focuses on low-impact, controlled movements that promote mobility and strength, with a key focus on the deep core muscles. Bring some good vibes, a mat/towel/blanket, and let's work💪

Payment is not required for this class, however donations are greatly appreciated! (Suggestion for donation is $5)
