The BAE Movement is about pouring into your own cup first caring for yourself mentally, physically, and spiritually so you can show up stronger for your comunidad.
Join us at sunset in Oakland for our second event honoring Día de los Muertos witha full 15 musician Banda 🎺🥁 and a Pilates flow that’s all about movement, remembrance, and celebration.
💀 The host will be rocking full Day of the Dead makeup to guide you through class and while it’s optional, Day of the Dead makeup is highly encouraged.
✨ And remember: it’s totally okay to come by yourself that’s the whole point. This is a space to fill your own cup first and connect with comunidad along the way. ✨
