The way we start the year influences the rest of it. This Retreat will combine the benefits of disciplines (Yoga,Pilates, Mindfulness,etc).

Come rest, reconnect, and remember who you are beneath the noise. In a world that rewards overdoing, it can feel nearly impossible to slow down. We push through stress, ignore what our bodies are telling us, and stay stuck in survival mode. Eventually, something gives and we realize we can’t keep living this way.
The experience of being in a safe environment helps balance life’s stress with periods of silence, the practice of Yoga, Pilates and Mindfulness . At the end of the day you will receive the benefits of a Sound Bath to creates a space to pause, breathe, and gain perspective on what is truly important to you.
