Pilates and Paddle

We’re excited to introduce a brand-new class at Crush Yard that blends the best of fitness and pickleball: Pilates + Pickleball. This unique session is designed to help you move better, play smarter, and stay injury-free—while still getting plenty of time on the courts.

Here’s what to expect:

  • 45 minutes of Pilates & Mobility with Soteria Pilates (mat-based, focused on hips, shoulders, and low back—key areas for paddle sports)
  • 30 minutes of Pickleball Skills led by our Crush Yard Pros (footwork, injury-prevention warmups, and light drilling)
  • 45 minutes of Social Open Play (put your fresh skills and mobility to work in a fun, relaxed game environment)
