SUMMARY: Learn how to make traditional seasonal pies with local ingredients. We will make mini pies and hand pies/turnovers. These pies are made completely from scratch, and we will discuss how to make a perfectly flaky crust. We will sample all the pies at the end of class! These pies are excellent for holiday gatherings with family and friends!
WHAT YOU'LL TAKE HOME: All ingredients and supplies will be provided! We will be using local produce and eggs for our pies. Everyone will take home one mini pie and one hand pie. You will also have access to our recipes for future baking at home!
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS:
The workshop registration fee is $65 per person. Please make sure you will be able to attend before submitting payment, as we will not be issuing refunds or transfers for cancellations UNLESS we are able to fill your spot. You are also welcome to send someone in your place, if you are no longer able to attend. If you are unable to attend and we are not able to issue you a refund or transfer, you will still be able to come pick up your workshop materials at a later date. This must be scheduled in advance to ensure all materials are available for you when you arrive!

***Individuals over 15 years old are welcome to attend. Younger kids must be accompanied by an adult.
***There is no gluten free option for this workshop. If you have a gluten allergy, please do not attend!
***Space will be tight! Please be considerate. We will only have room for individuals accepted into the workshop. No room for extra guests.
***Appropriate attire for this workshop: Hair pulled back and covered with a hat or headband, full length pants, and close-toed non-slip shoes. An apron is optional but recommended. Flour and dough will come out of clothes in the wash, but please be prepared!
