Pico Improvement Org has long wanted to create a warm, Impactful Impression on visitors entering the City of Santa Monica on Pico Blvd. The newly finished two-story tall, vibrantly colored Pico mural is just completed, and we hope you can join us at the grand ribbon-cutting ceremony!
