Paula is a food anthropologist, photographer, avid gardener, food preservation specialist, educator, director of sustainability at Restaurant Olivia, and co-founder of Grappolo Wine School along with her husband Scott.
For this class, participants will bring items they'd like to preserve from their garden, farmer’s market or grocery store, all other materials will be provided. Paula will guide us through both the pickling and fermenting processes. Don’t miss this wonderful opportunity to learn from Paula!
