Come join us for a fun and informative pickling and food preservation class at the Chakachi-no Learning Center! Hosted by the Chicken Ranch Rancheria and their new Tribal Climate Fellows, come learn how to preserve your favorite fruits and veggies in a fun and engaging event for the holidays. All ages and levels of cooking experience are welcome, and all materials will be provided, though we strongly encourage bringing your own jars for pickling the provided produce.

This class is perfect for those looking to learn more about food and preservation methods, and even for those who simply like food. Spots are limited, so be sure to register and grab a spot!
