This is an outdoor event held in a field and will take place rain or shine.

Attendees should dress appropriately for all weather conditions, including rain,

heat, and sun exposure. In the event of severe weather that may pose a risk to

public safety, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event.

No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions or postponement.

Rules and regulations

 Behavior: The event organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove

any person who violates event rules, is a danger to themselves or others, or is

acting in a disorderly manner, without a refund.

 Prohibited items: The following items are prohibited on the premises and are

subject to search at the gate: weapons, illegal substances, outside food or

beverages, coolers, fireworks, and professional camera equipment. All bags are

subject to inspection.

 Safety: Attendees must comply with all venue and event rules, as well as all local,

state, and federal laws.

Photographic and video release

Attendees hereby grant the event organizers and sponsors the irrevocable

right and permission to use their likeness, voice, and image in any

photographs, videos, or other recordings for promotional purposes without

compensation.
