Back by Popular Demand!!! Typhoon Farma is proud to open the doors to our beautiful farm for the 4th time for our Annual Pick-Your-Own CBD and Educational Event. No Reservations Necessary and it's FREE! Come for a visit, learn about the hemp plant, and take one home with you if you'd like to purchase one!

This is an OPEN HOUSE. Visit us any time during the hours of 8am-4pm on Saturday September, 20th, 2025. Stay as long or as little as you like. Ask as many questions as you like, we're an open book! If you'd like to simply see the farm and ask questions and see the farm, fantastic! If you'd like to take a plant home for yourself to cure on your own... even better! We will provide instructions on how to cure the plant, and they will be wrapped in Christmas tree netting for transportation.
IMPORTANT: Plants offered will be compliant varieties based on the State of Colorado's testing by the Department of Ag, and customers will be given a certificate of compliance. Purchasers must be over 21, attendees of any age are welcome for the educational portion.
2025 Varietals include: Sour Lifter, Lifter, Sour Special Sauce, Sour Space Candy, and Hawaiian Haze. All varietals are from our preferred genetics partner, Oregon CBD. Perfect for curing your own buds or home extraction. We can teach you how!. All plants are $40 each and yield anywhere from 2-3lbs of flower. Compare that to dispensary prices!
Also: Possible Food Trucks! But at the very least: Free Hot Dogs, Drinks, and surely a few laughs and learning moments.
IMPORTANT Point #2: THIS IS A WORKING FARM! Please dress accordingly, with appropriate footwear. The plants are sticky... if you walk down the rows, you will get sticky hemp oil on your clothes, so please keep that in mind too!
Frequently asked questions
No... it's high CBD content hemp. It closely resembles it's MJ cousin, but the THC has been bred out of it. It has all of the other important parts of the plant that you would want.
We give everyone a Certificate from the State of Colorado that shows the plant is compliant and under .3%THC.
