About this event

Celebrate the first Friday of the summer at Morton Contemporary!

Enjoy fine art, live music, and thoughtful conversation on Friday, June 6th, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Morton Contemporary Gallery in celebration of Philadelphia’s First Friday.

We are thrilled to host Pulitzer Prize-winning artist, activist, and author Suave Gonzalez, who will be present to discuss his recently published memoir, From Prison to the Pulitzer Prize. Suave’s remarkable story offers a powerful reflection on transformation, justice, and creative expression.

The evening will also feature a live performance by Philadelphia-based musician Tiny Tuness.
