With more than twenty-five years as a CHRO across major Indian and multinational organisations, he brings extensive cross-border leadership experience to the classroom. His academic work spans leadership, culture, talent strategy, and the future of work, and he teaches widely across ISB’s postgraduate and executive programmes.
