Professor Ram Nidumolu is Professor of Organisational Behaviour (Practice) at ISB. A globally recognised thought leader, he has authored multiple Harvard Business Review articles on business transformation and sustainability, including the acclaimed "Why Sustainability Is Now the Key Driver of Innovation."
He is also the author of Two Birds in a Tree: Timeless Indian Wisdom for Business Leaders, which bridges ancient Indian philosophy with modern leadership. Professor Nidumolu has advised Fortune 500 companies, including Harley-Davidson, Alcoa, and FedEx, and previously founded and led strategy consulting and tech ventures in Silicon Valley.
