Parents, not sure which direction to go with your child? Need some help navigating the map to social and emotional success? This group is designed for children ages 7 to 10 who may benefit from extra support in managing emotions, building friendships, improving self-confidence, or adjusting to changes at school or home. It is especially helpful for students who feel shy, easily frustrated, overwhelmed by social situations, or who simply need a safe and supportive space to express themselves.

The group provides a nurturing environment where children can learn and practice skills such as emotional regulation, problem-solving, empathy, and effective communication. Benefits include increased self-awareness, improved peer relationships, and enhanced coping strategies for handling everyday challenges. The goal is to help each child feel heard, valued, and more equipped to navigate school and life with resilience and confidence.

*Space is limited. $25 registration fee each session. (Private Pay or Insurance: Florida Blue, Lucet, Cigna, United Health Care, Oscar, EAP)
