👻 Peteetneet Museum Paranormal Investigation (and Halloween Costume Contest)

Join us for a spine-tingling evening at the historic Peteetneet Museum in Payson, where mystery meets history. Built in 1901 and transformed into a cultural arts center in 1988, this iconic location has long been a source of local lore—and now, you’re invited to explore its secrets—and this time, we're adding a twist! 🎃
Join us for a Halloween costume contest during the event. Come dressed in your creepiest, most investigation-ready costume and show off your spooky style while we explore the unknown. Ghosts love a good outfit—so should you! 👻🕵️♂️
🏆 Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 costumes, as chosen by the APS-WISPS team. So bring your A-game—but make sure your costume allows you to safely participate in the investigation. No tripping over too-long capes or getting tangled in cobwebs, please!

Whether you're flying solo, coming as a couple, or bringing a small group (up to 40 participants total), this guided investigation offers a rare opportunity to experience the museum like never before.
🔦 What to Expect:
- Indoor and outdoor investigations of select museum locations
- Check-in, safety briefing, and evidence review
- Group Q&A with seasoned investigators
- Split into guided teams for location-based exploration
🧥 What to Bring:
- Sweatshirt or jacket (it gets chilly after dark!)
- Long pants and sturdy, closed-toe shoes
- Your own paranormal investigation gear (We have some that you can borrow if you don't have your own equipment.)
🚻 Amenities:
- Flush restrooms available inside the museum

- Ages 18+, or 14+ with a parent/guardian
- Signed waiver required (parent/guardian signature for minors)
- No alcohol, drugs, smoking, or vaping
- No Ouija boards, conjuring candles, or summoning tools—this is an investigation, not an invitation
- Paranormal activity is never guaranteed, but the stories and experience always deliver
