Petals of Courage

YAAMA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing isolation among women and fostering community through educational, wellness, and social programs that promote authentic connection and personal development.

This organization's creation was inspired by the stories and experiences of women in our community who have shared how difficult it can be to find genuine friendships and meaningful activities with other women. We want to offer a space where women can not only learn valuable skills but also build lasting connections in a supportive environment.

We’re excited to host an upcoming event that features a self-defense class taught by a Krav Maga instructor.

After the self defense portion, we will come together to have meaningful conversation about courage, and how that relates to womanhood.

Food will be served for those that register for the event!
