About this event

Health • Personal health

Fear and anxiety dominate the mind after your pet passes away and when left unchecked, when ignored, they only grow bigger, looming larger. Fear of the future, anxiety about past decisions, worrying about your safety in the unknown of grief all overwhelm the mind, body and soul making day to day life nearly impossible. In facing your fears, acknowledging what lurks in the darkness, and caring for the root of these emotions, you can strengthen the heart, find light in the grief, and connect more fully with your angel.

Through breathwork and meditation, in the comfort of your own home over Zoom, we will carefully peel back the layers of fear that cover your heart, transforming the anxiety to strength and safety, with a gentle ease and loving kindness towards self.

There is no experience necessary for this virtual guided meditation.

Everyone's camera is turned off, aside from the meditation guide's camera. You will not have to talk or do anything more than show up exactly as you are, to breathe in unison with others, all over the world, who are walking a similar journey to yours and who understand your grief.

Prepare to be seated - whether on the ground or a chair or couch. Make your space as cozy as needed.

The meditation will be recorded and sent to you via email the following day, so if you suddenly are unable to make it while it's happening live, you will have the recording to keep and use forever.

The Zoom link to attend will be sent out via email 2 hours before the event, as well as after ticket purchase.

You do not need any special props, but you are welcome to bring the optional things listed below.

A journal and pen (or something to write on and with)

Anything to make your experience more comfy, cozy, and warm. I like to have a blanket on hand and a candle lit.

Something to sit on if you will be on the floor, such as a blanket, pillow, or yoga mat. (Option to sit on the couch or a chair is available as well)

Something of your angel pet's that you may want to hold or have nearby as we move through our breathwork, such as pet's collar, pawprint, fur clipping, favorite toy, blanket etc.
