This workshop is designed to help you recognise those patterns and begin shifting them into growth. Through simple reflection practices, group connection, and guided conscious connected breath, you’ll learn how resistance shows up in your body and mind and how to release its hold. This will all be held in an urban rainforrest location ( see picture above)
