In this healing session, we’ll explore how burnout impacts the nervous system in midlife and how to honor your body’s need for deep rest. You’ll learn rest rituals that actually restore you (no more doom-scrolling in bed), explore what it means to stop over-functioning, and begin to redefine productivity on your own terms.
