Jen is a Registered Nurse of over 25 years and a Board-Certified Nurse Coach specializing in guiding women through the changes of midlife and (peri)menopause. As a Nurse Coach, Jen is part of a select group of nurses certified to promote health, wellness, and well-being through holistic care rather than disease-focused care. Drawing on her clinical knowledge and coaching techniques, Jen guides women to take control of their health through practical, personalized guidance that supports the whole person. Her approachable, empowering style combines evidence-based information with real-life strategies to help women turn information into action, and create lasting change so they can live healthier, more vibrant lives.
