Human Resources is dedicated to continually improving how our organization manages performance. We've invested significant time and effort in re-developing the online Performance Reviews to support everyone in our transition from a yearly evaluation process to a system built on quarterly check-ins.
As we prepare to roll out this updated program on July 1, 2025, all current supervisory personnel (excluding those in an "Acting" role at this time) are required to attend a mandatory in-person training session. Some supervisory staff have already been scheduled for these sessions and received separate notifications. This invitation is for those with more flexibility in their schedules to schedule themselves during their regular shift. These sessions will be held at TMFPD HQ; web-based/virtual training will not be offered. To accommodate future needs, classes will be held every six months as needed for those newly promoted into supervisory roles.
The intent is for all current supervisory staff to attend this training while on duty. Please sign up for your preferred date and time to attend.
