As a musician, Yamaha Artist in Education, Certified HeartMath® Trainer, and researcher, Dr. Kathleen Riley integrates science, biofeedback, and techniques to reduce performance anxiety and stress and optimize performance. In this webinar, you will learn special techniques to help keep you centered and focused before and during your performances and greatly reduce performance anxiety. Kathleen will demonstrate the use of the HeartMath biofeedback sensor and how this technology improves our emotional awareness.
