Want to craft a two to five-minute pitch that captures and keeps your audience's attention?Then join us for this session where Jason will share the critical components of a successful pitch, different pitch formats, how to differentiate yourself from the competition and how to avoid the two mistakes that can kill the interest you create.
Facilitator
Jason is the founder of Sunstone Strategic, which operates with the mission of guiding entrepreneurs forward in their business. His entire professional career has been focused on supporting entrepreneurs, first in the finance industry where he worked for numerous financial institutions and support organizations. This included running the Chinook Entrepreneur Challenge, which at the time was the largest business planning competition in Western Canada. In his last role with ATB Financial he worked as the Senior Manager of Entrepreneur Education, where his team delivered the ATB X Growth Accelerator and other entrepreneur education offerings.
For the past five years he has been a full time entrepreneur, working with support organizations nationwide and helping thousands of business owners all across Canada. He has particular expertise in business planning, strategy, entrepreneur mindset and is also the author of “Entrepreneur-ish” which provides lessons in entrepreneurship from historical stories of vikings, pirates and samurai."
