Perfect Post Workout Recovery Flow

Join us for a full-body recovery workshop at Fior Fitness in the Richmond!
We’re kicking things off at 10:00 AM with a guided post-exercsie cool down routine designed to help you recover smarter after runs, Crossfit/weight workouts, or any active day. Using foam rollers and targeted mobility techniques, you’ll learn a complete post-run/post-workout routine that helps prevent injury, reduce soreness, and boost overall recovery.
We’ll walk you through full-body rolling, stretching, and mobility work step-by-step. Mini foam rollers will be provided to borrow during the event—just bring water and comfortable clothes you can move in.
The session runs until 11:30 AM, giving you plenty of time to learn, practice, and ask questions.
Afterward, stick around for snacks, recovery-friendly treats, and prizes for attendees!

Event led by Dr. Ace Fletcher from Golden Gate Chiropractic.
Dr. Ace is a chiropractor in the Outer Sunset who helps active professionals stay pain-free, prevent injuries, and perform at their best. After having his own collegiate track career cut short by injury, he’s made it his mission to give athletes the tools they need to stay strong and keep moving. Now, he’s bringing that expertise to Fior Fitness for this hands-on recovery experience.
