1. Kumamoto oysters, cider granita, apple chips, paired with Drappier Brut Nature Zero dosage
2. Smoked salmon and crepe pave, mint butter, creme fraiche, and tobiko, paired with Veuve Yellow label Brut
3. Pan seared foie gras, toasted brioche and peach compote, paired with J.M. Gobillard "tradition Brut" Rose'

BOOKING DETAILS

1. 21+ event.
2. $50.00 per ticket - Tax and gratuity included. Eventbrite fees not included.
3. Ticket purchase includes three Champagne pours paired with complementing bites. Additional beverages available for purchase.
4. Cancellations made at least 24-hours prior to the event will be refunded.
5. Parking is available in the Amway Grand Plaza parking garage on Pearl Street. Event guests are provided a 50% discounted validation.
